Tera Ester is certified to conduct a training opportunity entitled “Positively Motivating Others,” developed by Stacie Neff, MS, BCBA. Tera extends this opportunity to parents, individual families, schools, corporations and those looking to motivate others to do great things. The tailored design for each individual training module is always to create safe, positive, productive environments of enabling outcomes, which promote positive behavioral change among all. The training will help parents and teachers better understand the reasons for the child’s behavior and how to positively and proactively address the issues.
Tera Ester is certified through the Stepfamily Foundation and Dr. Jeannette Lofas, as a Certified Stepfamily Coach. She provides coaching to families and individuals living in, or transitioning into step. The shift from a biological family to a stepfamily involves an immense amount of transformation, of which Tera will assist in making that transition succeed.
“It is imperative that one in my position takes an approach that emanates from a concern for the whole step-family, while also providing a focus on the child. My approach is based on the Step-Family Foundation’s model as a Step-Family Coach, as well as from a behavior analytic approach as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).”Tera Ester
